Much begins with a dream

Much begins with a dream. And so is the story of Josef Frech and his horse breeding. Dancing Girl was the name of the horse with which a breed made a name for itself with passion and a lot of devotion. At that time, the blacksmith master Josef Frech got the horse Dancing Girl, which is still very dear to him today. The mare came to him for treatment because the successful mare suffered from hoof cancer. The clinical picture had unfortunately not improved as desired at the beginning and Dancing Girl should become a mother. This bill was probably written without Dancing Girl for the time being, because she did not get pregnant at first.

If you hear her story, you might think that she wanted to prove her athletic talent again. After five months there was the best news ever, because the treatment had been successful and Dancing Girl was healthy. After her recovery she successfully won advanced level jumping under the saddle of the Austrian show jumper Helmut Morbitzer before she switched to breeding and gave birth to her foal Just Dancing. “Of course I had to keep the foal,” said Josef Frech.

Just Dancing was a San Carlos mare whose father won the 2m30 jumping power. The foundation stone for future successful breeding was thus laid. The mare Just Dancing was followed by the mare Dancing Queen, the mother of the likable, lively gray horse Giacomo Agostini, who today has his place in the stable next to the boss of the house, his proud father and is in the middle of his successful jumping career. Giacomo stands next to August The Third, a mighty stallion whom the cheeky gray can regularly annoy with his little "attention urge" in a sympathetic way. But that keeps young doesn't it?

The genes of August the Third have become indispensable in the Frech family and have already given rise to some great offspring. The little full brother of Giacomo Agostini is the sweet Giacomino Agostini, one of the young hopes of the Frech stud. There are many interesting young and experienced horses at the stud farm. All horses come from private breeding and have been trained carefully and in a horse-friendly manner.
